birds, peace and umbrellas

The birds are up!
It's not the light, so it must be the 42 degrees that the birds are discussing.
they like it, and so do I.
a light Irish rain is falling.

Will it be snow covered tomorrow as predicted?
I saw 2 trucks with plows.

Folly
Mary Beth makes the most gorgeous flower arrangements
and is the nicest person
The cover of March Design Magazine shows a Somerville House
with her flowers on the table.
Congrats!

Enough to temp a thief!

Yesterday I had a dinner at my house and ordered the eggplant from Best of Everything.
The eggplant is excellent...
not to mention their other specialities.
they do deserve to be called Best of Everything.

Levato & Gaudiomonte
Opticians
I got my glasses here
and I continually get compliments on them.
I have to say, they really help you
find a flattering look

I love this peace sign

The morning can be summarized in this shot-
Peace & Rain

and more darling umbrellas

The things you find!  Just outside North Jersey Bank I see clusters of
grapes, green and red....
Inside North Jersey I find my coffee and friendly bankers
It's becoming one of my favorite morning stops.

 Library's Author Luncheon

This should be really good
the BF book club will be going in force,
and I am sorry I will not be with them.
Have a great time!

Stunning new gown in Gattinnoli's window.

The most dangerous intersection in town
because it's the widest?
I am super careful crossing

still March cold

I'm late by about 15 minutes.
What a difference that makes in the morning.
You can see-
and the birds are singing.
That's nice-
I have not heard them of late.
32 degrees still calls for winter attire.
I see Mike- he's behind like me, wearing his warm hat
and Maddie- way behind too

cleaning the movie theater

The Pancake House is faithfully open at dawn

the daffs are so hearty

Venture Photography is such a cool place.
I first noticed it last year on my walks as it was getting built
in the place where the bath shop was next to Starbucks.
When the contractor told me it was to be a photography studio
I was pretty surprised.
What surprised me even more is the exceptional, fun experience a photo session here can be.
We had a family shoot in the summer before my daughter left for college.
They tell you to bring your favorite things.
"What kind of things?" I asked.
I was told- "see those front doors?  We chose this place so we could get a horse in here."
Well, if they could get a horse in, then they could get my husband's Vespa scooter in..
and if they could his Vespa in, then they could get my Vino in...
The photos are extraordinary.
It's a real AdVenture

Lots of dust flying and lights shining on the field.
It looks like instead of mowing we have vacuuming.
