March 13, 2010, Saturday

true to prediction it is raining
and raining

Mike is on a delayed Saturday schedule like me
2 hours make a big difference walking
at 6 AM what you hear are birds singing
a quiet hush
and buses rumbling by
At 8 AM you hear cars.
Best time to walk is 6AM

this week it has been wonderful to wake up to light and to see the sun rise in town

the clocks spring ahead tonight and set us back to darkness again

the high school field is sopping

Geese Peace said that the geese will be mating soon. When you see two together the eggs are not laid. When one stands alone, it means the other is minding the eggs.
Oiling the eggs prevents hundreds of birds from being born. Hundreds.

Even in the rain Graydon charms

Design

tribute to Wink
-makes you want to know more about him

On the inside, Antoine's looks as warm as the welcome outside

sidewalk stream

HoHoKus already up to the banks

The big gusts of winds knocked the Millie signs down.
They kids are rehearsing hard and long- it will be a great show!
