Wow, it's in the 20's this morning...it's lonely and dark at 6AM, yet 3 cars zoom on my quiet street.

At the High School a TV news truck holds vigil.  I smile to myself knowing they really ticked off parents last week by parking right at the top of the drop off zone..

Reporters try to interview parents... I see the drivers roll up their windows and try to pull away...  
but the drop off line is a trap.. it's hard to turn off Brookside in either direction onto Ridgewood Avenue.  Sometimes you sit there for one or 2 lights...Let's see if Channel 4 snags anyone..
If they do it will not be a happy conversation, because dropping off at the HS is a nightmare and nobody is in a decent mood....
